Ukroboronprom to use ProZorrо to conduct sales and rental operations

“The new system should transparently cover all sales of the concern’s assets and will have automated mechanisms of control and planning for such activities. These sales are carried out according to the standards, criteria and technology of the electronic public procurement system ProZorro,” reads the report.

The press service reminded that on October 29, 2018, Ukroboronprom and the State Enterprise ProZorro.Sales signed a memorandum on cooperation in building a transparent and efficient system for the sale of property.  Due to this, a clear road map was formed, which defined the main stages of creating a modern system of selling and leasing the property of state-owned enterprises of the concern in the form of transparent electronic trading. In early December 2018, the first tender for the sale of property through the ProZorro.Sales system was announced by one of the leading enterprises in the sphere of radiolocation, communications and radioelectronic warfare devices – Zaporizhzhia-based Scientific and Production Complex Iskra. The sale of 40 tonnes of cast iron scrap through the electronic trading system, which was carried out according to ProZorro standards, yielded 16% of the surplus value.
