Energy Ministry to support projects that meet objectives of Energy Strategy

The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry will support projects in the nuclear power industry that meet the objectives of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035.
The Government portal reported this with reference to Deputy Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yulia Pidkomorna, who participated in the 9th International Forum on Energy for Sustainable Development.
“The development and implementation of Ukraine’s state policy in the field of the use of nuclear energy takes place with strict observance of world norms and rules, in particular of the IAEA documents,” the deputy minister stressed.
She also noted that the Energy and Coal Industry Ministry always provided and will provide full support to projects in the nuclear power industry that meet the objectives of the Energy Strategy of Ukraine until 2035.
