Ukraine accumulates 17 bcm of gas - Ukrtransgaz

Natural gas stocks in Ukraine’s underground storage facilities on October 23 totaled 17.0095 billion cubic meters (bcm), the press service of JSC Ukrtransgaz reports.
According to the data provided by the company, Ukraine has already pumped 26.93 million bcm of natural gas into its underground gas storage facilities and extracted 640,000 bcm.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers at an extraordinary meeting on October 19 supported the increase in natural gas prices for households by 23.5% from November 1. At the same time, Prime Minister Groysman stated that 90% of PJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine’s profit would be transferred as dividends to the state budget and used for the needs of population.
