Govnt to prepare law on energy efficiency for 2019 – Zubko

A law on energy efficiency should be prepared and approved in 2019.
This was announced by Vice Prime Minister - Minister for Regional Development, Construction and Utilities of Ukraine Hennadiy Zubko, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The law on energy efficiency will solve the problem of thermal modernization of business, transport, and budget sector. We set a task to adopt it during 2019," Zubko said.
He recalled that work is currently underway to register the energy efficiency fund and to select the supervisory board and the management of the institution.
"Yesterday, we launched a competition for the selection of two independent members of the supervisory board of the fund. IFC has already appointed its representative. The government will also decide on two others," Zubko said.
