Ukrainian government elaborates bills on venture capital, support for startups

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine elaborates two important bills that will make it possible to more actively develop the venture capital industry and startups.
"We now elaborate two bills on venture capital and support for startups. Afterwards, the parliament will consider [a bill on] industrial park. I know that experts have different attitudes towards it, but I think it requires attention and support, especially that some elements have already been introduced," Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said at the forum of the Reanimation Package of Reforms "Total Mobilization: Joint Plan of Action", an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
He recalled that the government had conducted six waves of deregulation and had abolished about 760 regulations, which inhibited business development, within the framework of deregulation and creation of proper conditions for the business climate.
