Farmers in Lviv region completed harvesting campaign of winter barley and rapeseed

An Ukrinform correspondent learnt this from the press service of Lviv Regional State Administration.

"Although unfavorable weather conditions negatively affect the course of the harvesting campaign, the farmers of Lviv region are gathering grain and industrial crops. The harvesting campaign of winter barley and rapeseed has already been completed,” reads the report.

In particular, farmers of Lviv region collected 265.4 thousand tonnes of early grain crops throughout 48.0 thousand hectares with an average yield of 55.2 dt/ha. Also, farmers are completing the thrashing of winter barley with an average yield of 62.1 dt/ha. An average yield of winter rapeseed was 31 1 dt/ha.
