Ukroboronprom reduces number of its staff by 40%

The State Concern Ukroboronprom has reduced the number of its staff by 40%, the press service of the concern reports.
“The State Concern Ukroboronprom completed the optimization of its structure and staff. The number of employees of the concern was reduced by 40% with retention of needed functionality. In particular, three posts of deputy general director were reduced. The optimization was carried out according to the plan for reforming Ukroboronprom and was approved by the Supervisory Board,” reads the report.
At present about 180 specialists work at Ukroboronprom. The funds saved in the process of optimizing the administrative level of the concern will be directed to "development of design and engineering works, innovative projects, production capacities and provision of social guarantees for employees of enterprises belonging to the concern."
