The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has unblocked tenders for the purchase of scanners for customs.

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman wrote this on his Facebook page.

“Good news: the Antimonopoly Committee unblocked tenders for the purchase of scanners for customs for a total amount of UAH 1.3 billion. We declared war on smuggling and we comprehensively promote the transparency of borders. The purchase and installation of scanners is another step in this direction,” he wrote.

Groysman thanked the committee and expressed hope for further operational decisions for the benefit of the state and interests of citizens.
