Living wage in Ukraine grew slightly from July 1

The living wage in Ukraine grew by UAH 77 to UAH 1,777 from July 1, 2018.

This is envisaged in the Law of Ukraine on National Budget for 2018.

“To set the living wage from January 1, 2018 at UAH 1,700 per person per month, from July1 – at UAH 1,777, from December 1 – at UAH 1,853,” reads the document.

The living wage for children under the age of 6 years from July 1 grew by UAH 67 to UAH 1,559, for children aged 6 to 18 years – by UAH 84 to UAH 1,944, for able-bodied persons – by UAH 79 to UAH 1,841, and for persons who lost the ability to work. – by UAH 62 to UAH 1,435.
