Ukraine already exported over 37 mln tonnes of grain crops

In particular, over16 million tonnes of wheat (including 9.4 million tonnes of milling wheat and over 6.6 million tonnes of feed wheat), about 4 million tonnes of barley, and almost 16 million tonnes of corn have been exported.

For a comparison, over the same period in the last marketing year, over 40.5 million tonnes of grains were exported, in particular: over 16.6 million tonnes of wheat (including about 11 million tonnes of milling wheat and over 5.6 million tonnes of feed wheat), 5.1 million tonnes of barley, and 18 million tonnes of corn.

Also, in the current marketing year, over 4.7 million tonnes of oilseeds were exported, including over 2.1 million tonnes of rapeseed, over 2.6 million tonnes of soybeans, while in the same period last year, the export of oilseeds totaled over 3.8 million tonnes (over 1 million tonnes of rapeseed and 2.8 million tonnes of soybeans).

As Ukrinform earlier reported, Ukraine’s grain harvest in 2017 totaled 61.28 million tonnes, which is 4.7 million tonnes less than in 2016.
