NBU reminds about bank holidays in May

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in a post on its Facebook page reminded about the operation of the Ukrainian bank system due to the transfer of business days in 2018.
“The operating day of the bank system is transferred from April 30 to Saturday, May 5,” reads the report.
Respectively, April 28, 29, 30 and May 1, 2018 will be days off.
Earlier, the NBU reported that on request, banks on April 30 can execute cash transactions for customers without opening the operating day of a bank.
The NBU added that bank are assigned to notify customers on the individual operating mode on the mentioned days and ensure timely payment of pensions, social benefits, other payments and continued operating of ATMs, exchange bureaus and ATM replenishment with different banknote denominations.
