Government creates coordination council for reforms in energy sector

The Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday, April 11, established an interim advisory body - the Coordination Council on the Implementation of Reforms in the Fuel and Energy Sector. Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will head the Council.

The relevant decision was approved at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Among members of the council are Deputy Prime Minister - Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv, Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk, Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko, Head of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities Dmytro Vovk (upon consent), and Presidential Administration’s representative Volodymyr Klavdiiv.
