State Property Fund starts privatization of NBU non-profile assets

The State Property Fund has started the privatization of non-profile assets of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Acting Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Trubarov wrote this on his Facebook page.
“The first object [of non-profile asset privatization] will be the mountain health-improving complex Prykarpattia in the city of Yaremche with an initial cost set at UAH 51.9 million," reads the report.
Apart from the money paid for the object, the investor within one year must complete the construction and put the complex into operation, comply with environmental safety requirements and use the land plot based on its intended purpose. The head of the State Property Fund also said that the deadline for receipt of applications to participate in the auction is March 12.
