UIA increased passenger traffic by 16.4% in 2017

"The Ukraine International Airlines sums up the results of 2017. During the reporting period, the UIA carried almost 7 million passengers, which is by 16.4% more than in 2016. The volume of the UIA traffic at the Boryspil International Airport increased by 18%, up to 6.25 million passengers," the report reads.

The share of transfer passengers on the UIA regular flights reached 54.1%. At the same time, the internal transit increased by 16% up to 543,400 passengers, and the international transit - by 22% up to 2.68 million passengers. In 2017, UIA operated 56,400 flights, which is by 16.6% more than in 2016.
