Trade turnover between Ukraine and Lithuania increases by 45% in 2017 - Poroshenko

The trade turnover between Ukraine and Lithuania grew by 45% for three quarters of 2017.

President Petro Poroshenko stated this at the Ukrainian-Lithuanian Economic Forum in Vilnius, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The trade turnover between Ukraine and Lithuania grew by 45% for the first three quarters of this year," the Head of State noted.

At the same time, he recalled that since September 1 of this year the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) had begun to operate in accordance with the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine.

As Ukrinform reported, President Petro Poroshenko was on a working visit to the Republic of Lithuania on Friday.
