Government allocates UAH 30 mln for affordable housing program

Vice Prime Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadiy Zubko says that UAH 30 million has been allocated from the national budget for the program on affordable housing purchase for ATO participants and internally displaced persons (IDPs).
In a post on his Facebook page, the vice prime minister wrote: “The priority right for obtaining a concessional loan for the purchase of affordable housing now is given to ATO participants and internally displaced persons. For the first time such a principle has been envisaged in the procedure of using funds under the corresponding state program on ensuring citizens with affordable housing. A total of UAH 30 million has been allocated”.
At the same time, he noted that this year rules for distributing these funds among regions have been changed - depending on the number of ATO participants and IDPs.
Zubko also added that the relevant procedure for allocating budget funds in regions had already been approved.
