Senior officials of Finance Ministry, Economic Development Ministry, NBU leave for Washington to participate in IMF, WB annual meetings

"Acting Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Yakiv Smoliy and Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine Dmytro Solohub left for Washington to participate in the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group.

 The Ukrainian delegation also consists of Finance Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Danyliuk, Deputy Finance Minister Yuri Butsa, First Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister of Ukraine Maksym Nefyodov," reads the statement on the NBU page on Facebook.

It is noted acting NBU governor will hold working meetings with world leading financiers and economists and heads of central banks, including First Deputy Managing Director of the IMF David Lipton, head of the central bank of Sweden Stefan Ingves, head of the central bank of Austria Ewald Nowotny, Vice President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis and others.
