The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has started a special confiscation of $200 million in bank assets of the entourage of ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, as was ruled by the Sosnovsky District Court of Cherkasy.
This has been reported by Larysa Sarhan, the Spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, on Facebook.
"Special confiscation of $200 million of Yanukovych's organized crime group. The first millions of dollars are transferred to the state budget of Ukraine," she wrote.
Sarhan also published a video which shows Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuri Lutsenko coming to the Ukreximbank office.
As reported, the Sosnovsky District Court of Cherkasy ruled to confiscate $200 million in bank assets of the entourage of ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.
