Round-the-clock work of Kyiv subway technically impossible

Kyiv subway has no technical ability to work round the clock.
Spokesperson for Kyiv Metropoliten Natalia Makohon said this at a briefing, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Our subway will not work around the clock, because at night we have time for technical works. We are open at night in cases such as Eurovision, New Year and certain days, when there is a need to continue the subway work. This is absolutely unprofitable, since there is no passenger flow at this time. There is no technical opportunity to work around the clock," Makohon said.
