Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk during a meeting with European Commissioner for the Euro and Social Dialogue Valdis Dombrovskis discussed conditions for receiving a tranche of EU macro-financial assistance worth EUR 600 million.
This has been reported by the press service of the Finance Ministry.
"During the meeting, the parties discussed conditions for obtaining the third tranche of the EU macro-financial assistance in the amount of 600 million euros, stipulated in the Memorandum of Understanding between Ukraine and the EU," the report reads.
Danyliuk noted that the allocation of the next tranche of macro-financial assistance would be a clear evidence of the EU support for the large-scale structural reforms carried out by our state, as well as a symbol of confidence and recognition of Ukraine's efforts in reforming the country.
