Ukraine today takes over chairmanship of BSEC

Today, June 29, the chairmanship of Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) will be handed over to Ukraine.
“Today Ukraine will take over the chairmanship of BSEC. First Deputy [Foreign] Minister Vadym Prystaiko will head the Ukrainian delegation,” the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry posted on Twitter.
According to the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Ukraine’s main slogan during its chairmanship will be “To peace, stability and prosperity”.
BSEC was established in 1992 to ensure economic development and prosperity in the Black Sea region.
