Balczun says Ukrzaliznytsia can become international railway operator

Wojciech Balczun, Board Chairman of national railway company Ukrzaliznytsia says the company has the full right to become an international railway operator.
He stated this at a press conference on Thursday, February 2, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"We have ambitions to develop our activities abroad. We’ve already approved decisions on this issue regarding certain countries, and we want to show that Ukrzaliznytsia has the full right to become an international railway operator, it is our ambition,” said Balczun.
