Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister – Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv stated this at a meeting dedicated to the Strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises Development till 2020, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Yesterday Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated that GDP grew to 1.8% in the third quarter,” Kubiv said.
According to Kubiv, these figures show that the Ukrainian economy has started recovering, but this process is not rapid.
“These [changes] should be seen in the life quality of an ordinary citizen, but unfortunately, still it hasn’t taken place,” he said.
