Parliament extends list of ‘local’ administrative fees

Ukrainian MPs have approved amendments to the Budget Code extending a list of administrative fees, the revenues from which come to local budgets.
A total of 243 MPs voted in favor of the relevant bill, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
The bill stipulates that administrative fees for carrying out state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public groups, conducted by the executive bodies of village, town, city councils (cities of regional importance), will be transferred to local budgets where these service were rendered.
The law comes into effect the following after publication
