Ukraine might buy Russian gas if Gazprom made the right offer.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this in an interview with Reuters.

"Ukraine could soon expect to receive a $500 million loan from the World Bank to buy gas in exchange for certain conditions, including improving governance at state energy giant Naftogaz," Groysman said.

The Ukrainian Prime Minister did not completely rule out buying supplies from Russia's Gazprom. According to him, the Government of Ukraine will take a "political decision" if Gazprom made the right offer.
