This order is related to the incident that occurred recently when "The Apostle" incunabula was stolen from the Vernadsky Library in Kyiv.
"The time has come when we have to carry out a meticulous audit of all that we have to understand what has been lost. This is why I now want to order Deputy Prime Minister Rozenko along with the Minister of Culture to look into carryng out a comprehensive check of inventory so that all Ukrainian citizens know what the state manages," said Groysman.
