Financing of local budgets increased by 43% - Zubko

The financing of local budgets over nine months of 2015 have been increased by 43% in the scope of budget decentralization.
Vice Premier and Regional Development Construction, Housing and Communal Services Minister, Hennadiy Zubko, said at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“This year the local self-government has increased its budgets by 43%. This is according to the results of work over nine month,” he said.
According to Zubko, the agencies of local government have already begun to approve development budgets in their regions.
“Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council has already approved its budget for 2016,” the vice premier noted.
