Wizz Air Ukraine confirms problems with flights due to fog

"Wizz Air Ukraine confirms that today, on October 26, the departure of the following flights has been delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions (fog)," the press service reported.

In particular, flights WU 6101/6102 Kyiv-Lubeck-Kyiv, WU 6037/6038 Kyiv-Sofia-Kyiv and WU 6261/6262 Kyiv-Antalya-Kyiv have been delayed. Flights W6 6002/ (October 25) Kyiv-Luton, WU 6153/6154 (October 26) Kyiv-Treviso-Kyiv, WU 6017/6018 (October 26) Kyiv-Kutaisi-Kyiv and WU 7009/6341 (October 26) Donetsk-Kutaisi-Kharkiv have been cancelled.

Passengers were offered accommodation, meals and an opportunity to rebook another flight at no additional cost or refund.

"The airline and ground handling agents are making every effort to minimize the consequences," the press service reported, apologizing to passengers, whose plans were disrupted by severe weather conditions.

Wizz Air Ukraine performs flights from Kyiv International Airport and airports in large regional centers in Ukraine.
