PM Azarov: Budget 2013 provides financing of all launched programmes

KYIV, September 11 /UKRINFORM/. The draft state budget for 2013 provides the continuation of the implementation of government programmes launched in the past two years, Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said at a meeting on Monday with representatives of the National Congress of Local Government - Association of Cities of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Association of District and Regional Councils, the All-Ukrainian Association of Village and Township councils.

"The state budget for 2013 envisages the principle of continuity: the continuation of the programmes that operate in 2012. None of the programmes will be closed, and all that we have started to do in 2010, 2011, 2012 will be continued in 2013," Azarov assured.

Also, he said the government would continue to support the programmes of rural development. In particular, today the establishment of agricultural cooperatives, as well as payment of subventions to farmers for keeping young cattle is still important.
