Netherlands urges surge in air defense ammunition production for Ukraine

Dutch Defense Minister Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius has called for increasing the production of ammunition for air defense systems to help Ukraine defend itself against Russian ballistic missile attacks.
According to Ukrinform, she made the statement on X.
"Almost daily we see the destruction of ballistic missiles in Ukraine. We must, among other things, work with Dutch companies to ensure that we produce enough ammunition. Good for Ukraine, good for the Netherlands. With allies, we pool our strengths. Strong initiative by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky," she wrote.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine and nine partner countries have established the Anti-Ballistic Missile Coalition to strengthen protection against ballistic missile threats.
