In Kharkiv region, effectively protecting critical infrastructure remains the main challenge as humanitarian aid mechanisms have already been effectively worked out.

This was reported on Telegram by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, citing its chief Oleh Syniehubov, who held a meeting with representatives from Latvia’s National Armed Forces and the Latvian Embassy in Ukraine, Ukrinform saw.

"At the outset of the full-scale invasion, the main challenge for the region was the humanitarian situation: providing the population with food and organizing evacuation. Currently, these mechanisms have been effectively worked out, but the issue of protecting critical infrastructure remains relevant," Oleh Syniehubov emphasized.
