Occupiers violated ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 58 times over past week – intelligence

Over the past week, November 15-21, 58 ceasefire violations by the Russian-occupation forces were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation area in eastern Ukraine.

“The enemy, provoking the response of Ukrainian soldiers, brought down disturbing fire almost along the entire line of contact. The Russian-occupation forces violated ceasefire 58 times,” the press service of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs.

As noted, the Ukrainian military returned fire 31 times, without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. The occupiers were forced to stop shelling.

In addition, enemy drones crossed the line of contact three times to gather intelligence data.

One Ukrainian serviceman was killed over the past week, the Main Directorate of Intelligence noted.

Today, November 22, Russian-occupation forces have already launched three attacks on Ukrainian positions. One Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in the shelling.
