Over the past day, November 12, eight ceasefire violations by the armed formations of the Russian Federation were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in eastern Ukraine. Another ceasefire violation was registered last night, the JFO press center wrote on Facebook.

"In the area of ​​Zaitseve settlement, the enemy opened fire twice, using grenade launchers of various systems and 120mm mortars. In the direction of Popasna and Novooleksandrivka, the enemy fired grenade launchers of various systems and large-caliber machine guns. Russian mercenaries fired 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars in the direction of Novotroitske,” the report says.

In addition, near Novoluhanske, the occupiers fired twice at Ukrainian positions, using automatic machine grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns and other small arms. Near Shyrokyne, Russian mercenaries fired small arms.

Over the past day, an enemy unknown explosive device killed two Ukrainian servicepersons.

“The command and personnel of the Joint Forces express sincere condolences to the families and friends of the fallen soldiers,” the report says.

As of 07:00 on November 13, one ceasefire violation by the armed formations of the Russian Federation was recorded. The enemy fired anti-tank grenade launchers, large-caliber machine guns, and other small arms in direction of Troitske.

It is noted that Ukrainian defenders returned fire to the enemy's armed provocations, using weapons not banned by the Minsk agreements.
