One Ukrainian serviceman killed, three injured in eastern Ukraine

Russian-backed forces violated the ceasefire in the area of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) in eastern Ukraine 13 times on July 9, killing one Ukrainian serviceman and injuring three more, the press service of the JFO headquarters has reported on Facebook.
"As a result of enemy shelling, a Joint Forces serviceman sustained a fatal wound. In addition, one serviceman was wounded, and two more sustained combat injuries. The soldiers were taken to a medical facility. Their condition is satisfactory," the report said.
Five ceasefire violations were recorded in eastern Ukraine as of 07:00 on July 10.
No combat losses among the Ukrainian military were registered on Saturday.
