Russian military equipping new training areas in occupied areas of eastern Ukraine

In the temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the command of the Russian Armed Forces equips new training areas, shooting ranges, and tank-training grounds, where the training of Russian mercenaries will start in July.

"The command of the Russian Armed Forces is stepping up preparations for the deployment of divisions and units of the operational group of Russian-occupation troops in the temporarily occupied territory in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The occupiers equip new training areas, shooting ranges, and tank-training grounds in the areas of deployment of Army Corps 1 (Donetsk) and Army Corps 2 (Luhansk) where the training of Russian mercenaries will start in July," the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine posted on Facebook.

As noted, over the week, the enemy intensified its preparations for sabotage and reconnaissance activities. At the forefront of the occupiers, there is an increased presence of personnel of reconnaissance and sapper units, increased cases of reconnaissance by Russian officers of the Southern Military District of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
