Ukraine informs UN about violation of Minsk agreements by Russia

The Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the UN has announced a violation of the Minsk agreements by Russia’s illegal armed formations in Donbas and called for a global ceasefire.
This is stated in a statement on the Mission’s Facebook page.
"15 ceasefire violations in Donbas on 10 May alone, leading to the injury of 4 Ukrainian soldiers. Weapons banned under the Minsk Agreements have been used," the statement reads.
Ukraine’s Mission urged the Russian Federation to adhere to the UN Secretary-General's call for a global ceasefire and to silence its guns in the east of Ukraine.
As Ukrinform reported, on May 10, the armed formations of the Russian Federation launched 15 attacks on Ukrainian positions in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas. One Ukrainian soldier was wounded and three more got combat injuries in the enemy shelling.
