Russian-led forces violate ceasefire near Orikhove and Avdiivka

Russian-backed forces have attacked the positions of Ukrainian Joint Forces near the villages of Orikhove and Avdiivka in Donbas. No casualties among Ukrainian military have been reported.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Mykhailo Sharavara said this at a briefing on Friday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"As of 12:00 on May 8, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated ceasefire in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area twice. No casualties among the Ukrainian military were reported,” he said.
According to intelligence, on May 7, Ukrainian soldiers killed seven and wounded five Russian invaders. In addition, the enemy lost a military truck, Sharavara added.
