Ukrainian troops come under 82mm mortar fire near Novotoshkivske
Ukraine’s Defense Ministry spokesman Oleksandr Motuzianyk said this at a briefing on Thursday, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Since the beginning of the current day, as of 12:00, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated the Minsk agreements twice by firing mounted and automatic antitank grenade launchers on Ukrainian defenders in the area of Pavlopil (25km north-west of Mariupol), and 82mm mortars and anti-tank missile system on Ukrainian positions near Novotoshkivske (53km west of Luhansk)," he said.
According to available information, no casualties among Ukrainian military have been reported; the enemy's losses are being specified.
According to Motuzianyk, the Joint Forces units continue to carry out combat missions, with the military already on full alert.
