Ukrainian soldier injured in sniper fire near Novomykhailivka

A Ukrainian serviceman was injured in enemy shelling near Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region on April 29, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) Headquarters has reported.
“Today, on April 29, the armed formations of the Russian Federation again violated ceasefire and fired at the positions of Ukrainian defenders of Novomykhailivka (28km south-west of Donetsk). As a result of the enemy sniper fire, one Ukrainian soldier was injured. The soldier was promptly taken to a medical facility and provided with the necessary medical care. His health condition is satisfactory,” the report reads.
The JFO Headquarters assured that Ukrainian defenders returned fire and suppressed hostile activity. The enemy's losses are being specified.
