"The Ukrainian side of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) on ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line reports on an increase in the number of shellings of the positions of the Joint Forces from weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements. According to the JFO Headquarters, in February 2020, the armed formations of the Russian Federation used 152mm and 122mm artillery systems, 82mm and 120mm mortars banned under the Minsk agreements, and tank weapons, having fired more than 1,500 shells, which is twice as many as the previous month," the report reads.
