Russian-led forces violate ceasefire in Donbas three times, no casualties reported

The armed formations of the Russian Federation violated ceasefire three times in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day.

“The enemy used grenade launchers of different systems, heavy machine guns and small arms to launch attacks on Ukrainian defenders,” the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

In the zone of action of tactical force “East”, Russian-led forces opened fire from mounted antitank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms on Ukrainian troops near Hnutove (20km north-east of Mariupol); automatic mounted grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms – outside Krasnohorivka (21km west of Donetsk); mounted antitank grenade launchers and small arms – in the area of Chermalyk (31km north-east of Mariupol).

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported. The Joint Forces adequately returned fire in response to the enemy’s shooting.

According to intelligence, one invader was wounded on May 26.

Today, the enemy has already opened fire from 82mm mortars, mounted antitank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns on Ukrainian positions near Zaitseve (50km north-east of Donetsk). No casualties among Ukrainian troops have been reported.
