President Poroshenko awards 41 Ukrainian servicepersons

The text of relevant decree No.149/2019 has been posted on the president’s official website.

According to the document, the soldiers were awarded "for personal merits in protecting Ukraine’s state sovereignty and territorial integrity, courage and selfless actions shown during the performance of military duty".

The president awarded 41 Ukrainian defenders with the orders “For Courage” and the medals "For Military Service to Ukraine" and "Defender of the Motherland," 20 of them were awarded posthumously.
