Ukrainian servicemen capture Russian-backed militant

Servicemen of the Ukrainian Joint Forces have captured a private of the 100th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade (military unit No. 08266), the press service of the headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) has reported on Facebook.
"Today, on April 5, at around 01:00, the enemy's reconnaissance group tried to penetrate into the rear of our positions in the Donetsk sector. Well-organized military service at the forefront and the increased vigilance of our fighters serving at observation posts allowed us to expose the enemy's intentions. During a short battle, the enemy retreated, and our troops captured a militant of the Russian occupation forces," reads the statement.
It notes that the captive is a private with the 100th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade (military unit No. 08266).
The detainee is currently being interrogated by employees of the concerned agencies of the Joint Forces, the press service reported.
