Soldiers on frontline become first to vote in Donbas. Photos

The voting of the members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the presidential elections takes place without any incidents. The servicepersons from the frontline of the Joint Forces Operation became the first to vote in the elections.

"The voting started at 08:00 and will last until 20:00. The soldiers from the frontline were the first to vote, while the fellow soldiers cover the front, changing each other," the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports.

In total, 79 special voting stations are located in the area of conduct of the Joint Forces Operation: 14 in Luhansk region and 65 in Donetsk region.

The presidential elections take place in Ukraine on March 31. Thirty-nine candidates are on a voting ballot.
