Militants launched five attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched five attacks on Ukrainian positions in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas over the past day. Heavy weapons were not used.
“Ukrainian strongholds came under grenade launcher, heavy machine gun and small arms fire near Vilne (70km south-west of Donetsk), Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk), Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.
Apart from abovementioned weapons, the enemy sniper was detected in the area of Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk).
No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported over the past day.
According to the intelligence, one invader was killed and three more were wounded as a result of careless weapon handling on January 2.
Today, the enemy has not opened fire yet.
