UNDP presents mine clearance program in Donetsk region

A delegation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), together with international partners Halo-Ukraine, FSD and DDG, presented a program for mine clearance in Donetsk region, according to the Department of Information and Internal Policy of the Donetsk Military and Civil Regional State Administration.
"The UNDP delegation together with international partners Halo-Ukraine, FSD and DDG presented the program of activities aimed at mine clearance in the region...The presentation of the program of partners and UNDP took place due to the promising changes in the legislation of Ukraine in the field of countermine activities," reads the report.
Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Stokoz noted that the region is always ready for cooperation and thanked international organizations for their help.
