Arsen Avakov, Teo Chee Hean agree on cooperation between cyber police of Ukraine and Singapore

Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore Teo Chee Hean agreed on cooperation between the cyber police of the two countries.
“I met with the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore. We agreed on the direct contacts between our cyber police officers. We are particularly interested in the fight against cryptocurrency fraud. They are interested in our experience in countering external hybrid threats. We reached mutual understanding,” Avakov posted on Twitter.
Avakov also had a meeting with Singapore’s Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Law Mr K Shanmugam. The parties discussed common hybrid threats in the modern world and reached an agreement on special cooperation between the cyber police units.
