Militants launched 27 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

“Over the past day, the enemy shelled Ukrainian positions outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Pivdenne (40km north-east of Donetsk), Novotoshkivske (53km north-west of Luhansk), Zolote (67km north-east of Luhansk), Svitlodarsk (55km north-west of Donetsk), Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk) and Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.

Russian-occupation troops fired 120mm and 82mm mortars, anti-tank missile systems, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms.

Illegal armed formations shelled the JFO units outside Hnutove, using 82mm mortars. Ukrainian positions near Pivdenne came under 120mm mortar fire, outside Krymske – under fire from anti-tank missile systems. Russian-occupation troops also opened fire from weapons on infantry fighting vehicles near Vodiane.

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported in last day. According to the intelligence, one militant was killed, four more were wounded.

Today, militants have already launched two attacks on Ukrainian troops near Vodiane and Shyrokyne, using heavy machine guns and small arms.
