Participants in the Rapid Trident 2018 exercises stand in solidarity with Ukraine for its security, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
“Today 2,200 participants from 14 nations – spanning continents and oceans – stand in solidarity with Ukraine, for Ukrainian security, Ukrainian sovereignty, and Ukrainian territorial integrity,” U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch said at the opening ceremony.
On Monday, September 3, the Rapid Trident 2018, the largest international military exercises held in Ukraine, kicked off at the Hetman Sahaidachny International Peacekeeping and Security Center of the National Ground Forces Academy in Lviv region.
