Militants launched 11 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Russian-backed militants launched 11 attacks on positions of Ukrainian troops in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas in last day. Heavy weapons were not used.

“Russian-occupation forces used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to fire on the defenders of Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Lebedynske (16km north-east of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Pivdenne (40km north-east of Donetsk), Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol) and Starohnativka (52km south of Donetsk),” the JFO Headquarters press center reports.

No casualties among Ukrainian troops were reported in last day. According to intelligence, one militant was killed, another two were wounded.

Today, militants have already shelled Ukrainian troops near Pivdenne, Troitske, Vodiane and Shyrokyne, heavy machine guns and small arms.
